Founders Club

Membership in the Brilho Founders Club (“Founders”) begins upon receipt of payment and confirmation from Brilho Group.

Membership is valid for a 12-month period and renews automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

Members receive:

• $200 off a Brilho Smart Site (one-time).

• $200 ad credit (one-time, for Lumina campaigns).

• 20% off monthly SEO/upkeep fees (excludes entry-level plans).

• Locked pricing on services for 12 months.

Discounts are applied only to active members in good standing.

Founders Club members receive priority handling, early access to new services, and an invitation to monthly growth calls.

Brilho Group reserves the right to adjust the format of growth calls or early-access opportunities while maintaining equivalent value.

Membership fees are billed monthly (or annually if selected at checkout).

Membership is non-refundable.

After the 12-month initial term, membership continues month-to-month unless canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice.

Discounts, credits, and offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Ad credits must be used within 90 days of issuance.

Brilho Group may update service offerings; locked-in pricing applies to current services only.

Brilho Group reserves the right to terminate membership for misuse, abuse of benefits, or non-payment.

If terminated by Brilho Group, prorated unused membership fees will be refunded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
